I am following SAP Community Blogs ( ) twitter account and got a tweet on SAP GUI for Java 7.5 yesterday. I understood that SAP GUI 7.5 is also available to download and install. Yes, it was released on 4th of May and ready for downloading. Storenvy templates free. So I downloaded it and installed. Here are some notes; • SAP Logon appearance has changed as seen below • New features are mentioned in below note. You can learn more from the note. • This is the wiki page for SAP GUI family you can follow.

You have installed SAP GUI 7.50 patch level 0 on your workstation. In the ABAP Editor, you try to create a subroutine in your main program include. SAP GUI freezes/hangs when trying to create the object. CPRS GUI v.29 (Patch# OR. There was a problem where the signature form and order. Users were unable to edit notes for reminder dialogs using the template editor. Hi FolksIn SAP GUI 7.40 Patchlevel 5 SAP remove the component SAPScript Legacy Text Editor. This means, that reports using the control CL_GUI_SAPSCRIPT_EDITOR. Introducing Kobo Patch GUI This is a simple GUI for editing the unofficial kobo patch files. It is written in Python, and uses Tk/Tkinter for its interface.

The other is still on 720 PL4 and worked as well. Only 740 PL9 is not displaying any resource+assignment data. Update: PL10 is out now and with that MRS is working again. I am not sure that I fully understand your problem, but with the installation server (NwSapSetupAdmin.exe) you can make your own single.exe file installation, and include your own saplogon.ini there.

Due to technical reasons the old RFC library was removed from SAP GUI and replaced by the new SAP NetWeaver RFC Library. When using one of the RFC controls Logon, Function, Table and BAPI please check SAP Note 2256415 – “Adaptation of RFC controls () to use SAP NetWeaver RFC Library” for information on potentially required adaptation steps.

There any number of good GUI diff-tools for windows (I use Araxis Merge, and kDiff3), but none of them (that I can find) will apply a patch file. I would expect it to work like this: I open a base file and a patch in a tool. I should get a diff view with the base file on the left and what that file would look like with the patch applied on the right. Then I can save the result file somewhere (possibly after cleaning up conflicts). This seemed like such an obvious thing that I was shocked that my existing tools did not do it.

Solution The Installer for SAPscript Legacy Text Editor can be downloaded from SAP Software Download Center: -> Support Packages and Patches -> Browse Download Catalog -> SAP Frontend Components -> SAPSCRIPT LEGACY TEXT EDITOR -> SAPSCRIPT LEGACY TEXT EDITOR (Support Packages and Patches) -> Win32 The downloaded 'SAPSCRIPT LEGACY TEXT EDITOR' should be installed additionally on SAP Windows GUI 7.40 Patch 5 Compilation 2 and higher.

Note that I am at best a part time hobby programmer. Therefore my code may not follow all best practices, or be all that efficient. The code can be found at my Github account. I welcome any improvements or added features. I really like this. I have often thought of how wonderful a GUI would be for patching the firmware files. I always envisioned it having it prompt for the model of kobo, firmware version wanted and then download the firmware and patch files for the model and firmware version selected, extract them and then prompt the user for what to patch, and then display the end KoboRoot.tgz file.

Hi Folks In SAP GUI 7.40 Patchlevel 5 SAP remove the component SAPScript Legacy Text Editor. This means, that reports using the control CL_GUI_SAPSCRIPT_EDITOR no longer work. I use this control in a number of reports for inputting long formatted text and therefore need to replace it with what I think would be CL_WORD_SAPSCRIPT_EDITOR (the workaround of installing an Addon to get the legacy textedit control back into SAP Gui is no option as it is not getting installed). I am having issues with CL_WORD_SAPSCRIPT_EDITOR especially concerning Smartform-Styles.

Was previously a but is now offered for free, although further development has ceased. Admin Script Editor offers a graphical form designer, wizards to help build code, an integrated debugger to identify issues with scripts, and support for drag-and-drop code authoring. Its ScriptForm Designer enables you to create custom dialogs for your scripts, and the ScriptPackager feature can generate executables for deployment. Originally I installed 7.40 base, then later applied patch 2 when it came out (just happened to skip 1), then patch 4 when it came out (happened to skip 3). Why not skip 5 and apply 6 now? Sure, I can try installing base again then try to apply patch 6. But, even if that works, this does not look good for user deployment. Is this the required procedure now, to reinstall base and then apply latest patch? Hello Florian, are you running Personas 3.0? I think this particular Gui version has a problem with Personas’ usage logging.

When using one of the RFC controls Logon, Function, Table and BAPI please check SAP Note 2256415 – “Adaptation of RFC controls () to use SAP NetWeaver RFC Library” for information on potentially required adaptation steps.

750 patch compilation 1 1 compilation 2 4 latest patch 6.2 This table shows the latest patch level of SAP GUI on the last line, and full compilations and their patch levels. I will try to change the information as soon as it is available. Hotfixes require the relevant patch to be installed first! How to download?

Introducing Kobo Patch GUI This is a simple GUI for editing the unofficial kobo patch files. It is written in Python, and uses Tk/Tkinter for its interface. The GUI is currently quite limited. It has the following features: • Enable/Disable patches • Disable all patches • Checking for mutually exlusive options* • Crude tooltip help There is currently no way of making custom changes (such as changing margins, etc) or saving changes for the next version of patches. I hope to be able to create these features someday. Download Downloads are available from github.

It his highly recommended to download the latest version of the patch before using this GUI. USE THIS PROGRAM AT YOUR OWN RISK. WHILE IT SHOULDN'T CAUSE ISSUES, I CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT IT WILL NOT.

Is a powerful commercial scripting editor that's first debuted in 1998. It supports PowerShell, VB Script, JavaScript, and over 50 other languages. PrimalScript includes some advanced functionality such as debugging scripts on remote machines, code-completion features, and support for the use of.NET or COM objects in the PowerShell or ActiveX language code, and the PrimalMerge component allows you to compare and merge files and folders, supporting VBScript and PowerShell color coding. The 2012 version includes GUI improvements, adding a new ribbon-based user interface that tries to simplify accessibility to important functions. There's also new functionality, like the changed line indicator and shortcuts for moving to the next/previous changed line. Plus, the new release also adds native PowerShell remoting from within PrimalScript, an advanced object browser that differentiates between 32- and 64-bit cmdlets, a more powerful debugger with tracepoints, and remote PowerShell debugging.
